haven't been paying enough attention to how and what i eat, although very good about jumping from restriction/being too permissive.
won't be logging every day, just need to be honest with myself about what I've consumed. goals: not eat out of boredom and not "sneak". nutritionally, add more fiber and protein, less sugar, salt, and starches (breads, pastries, etc.) figure out when heartburn occurs and how to find the right balance to sleep better!

124.8lbs

so far today:

-egg white omelet with approx 1 serving feta, 1/4 avocado, frozen peppers, small tomato, cauliflower = 50, 70, 80, 60 = 260
-med iced coffee with no sugar, skim milk
-1 whole pear - 100
-leftover PB pie (1/3 slice) (~225 cal) 
-bag of airplane cookies from yesterday (~120 cal)
-1 serving of tilapia, 1/8 cup shredded cheese, 3 small peppers, 2 small cukes, bunch of baby carrots, mix of frozen cauli and broc, 1 small tomato = 110 + 65 + 85= 260
-1 whole gala apple =
-1 piece TJs dark chocolate
-1.5 tbsp oat bran + 1/3ish cup egg white + 3TBSP kefir
-2 tbsp josephs hummus
-8-10 baby carrots
-1/2 slice ham
-1/5 cup TJs pumpkin seeds
