So, I joined this site today; hoping it helps out a little. I got married in June, and January began my weight loss journey. I'm down 32lbs since I've started, but it's still not where I need to be. I need to work harder to reach my weight loss goals and quickly get back on the right track before I start gaining it back. Since it tells you exactly what to do each workout, I'm not sure how much easier it can get! Well, that's all for now, here's to losing another 32lbs!
