Was not feeling motivated today but I've had a week to prepare fir this day. First day of change! Wanted to do my exercise - 10 minutes on the exercise bike when I woke up but I was too tired and ended up oversleeping. When I was paving work I did not want the bike to play any part in my evening. So I did the only thing I could do... Call my husband for some support. By the time I git home the bike and the rest of my exercise equipment were in the living room. "you can cycle while watching tv it'll be over before you know it". I had no smart reply for that as it made perfect sense. Result I did my 10 minutes and now I'm feeling the affects of that after work out feel good factor. I can do this and with hubby helping keep me motivated I shall do this!!
