Day 1

Well this is day 1. I got up this morning to workout which is a big accomplishment because getting up in the morning is so difficult for me. I was up with both kids in the night and still managed to get up at 630 and out the door by 645. The best part about working out for me is that I'm motivated to eat well to make the most of my efforts. So for my workout this morning I stretched, walked, did 30 second sprints in the middle of my walk and then halfway through I stopped and did a little more stretching, 30 sit ups, 30 lower abs crunches and 20 jumping jacks. I need to get a pedometer so I can find out how far my walk is. So far this morning I've had a banana and a handful of almonds. I'm getting hungry again so I am going to find something healthy to eat!
