Getting back on the "horse" so to speak is going to be tough but I NEED to do this! I'm not ready for a gym as of yet but working out at home is just where I need to start. So far, the diet portion has been going great today:

Breakfast: Luna Bar, 2 cups of espresso (5 packs splenda and 1/2 cup skim milk)
Snack: 1/2 reduced fat peanut butter sandwich
Lunch: Turkey on wheat with sun chips
WATER, WATER and more WATER!
Snack: Nature Valley Oats n Honey bars
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, 1 cup grilled bell peppers and salad with italian dressing
Snack: probably some fruit, will update later
