Day 1
I haven't planned what I ate today, just kept the portions low. I've had, vitamins, water, watermelon, coffee and a turkey cheese sandwhich and dole sparkeler for lunch.
I was thinking of doing some sort of dancing for excerise. I've lost my moves, I may as well hit 2 birds with 1 stone!
