Day 1

Just finished my first 20 minute cardio on the ellipitcal.  The last 5 minutes were hard but I haven't been consistant so hoping I'll get that way from here and things will get a little easier.  Tomorrow is the full body workout, hoping to keep my motivation going and continue on my daily workout schedule.
