Day 1

Today I went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the cross trainer and 15 minutes on the bike, burned 262 calories.  I had the healthiest dinner I've had in months too - I threw a salmon fillet, sweet potato, carrotts and cherry tomatoes in the oven to bake and drizzled the salmon in fat free chilli drizzle.  Tasted great and filled me up :) then I power walked for 90 minutes.  I reflected a lot on why I have previously failed and I think it's because I always put my health and fitness at the bottom of my priority list, I am now busier than I ever have been but there's no reason why I can't fit my gym sessions into my life.  I forgot how much I love healthy food and how good it makes me feel.  Good luck on your journeys everyone, believe! xx
