Actually, it was Kahlua Cream Pie, not Custard Pie, from Marie Callender's, that marks my last day of renewed debauchery. It didn't even taste good.

I just got back from vacation (Mexico). For that trip, I lost almost 30 pounds over 6 months. I started at 184 and managed to get it down to 157 or so. I think I should be around 135, and I'll get there. But, not today. Today, I am in planning mode. I'm sitting 300 miles from home in a hotel room celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday with pie. Yuck.

Tomorrow, I make that 5 hour drive back home. This plan is supposed to begin tomorrow. Hmmmm. It will be interesting to see what I do ... I mean, tomorrow *is* a holiday ...
just kidding ... I'll do it.
