Haven't had a chance to do any lifting. Eating hasn't been to bad, just not as often as usual. I see the light at the end of the tunnel after Christmas. Will start a regular routine then. Kinda pisses me off, but the old saying; "Adapt to Change, right! Life is too busy lately.
