Crappy training day | Basketball semifinals

Today was a crappy day... I don't know what happened but my training wasn't good at all. Anyway... it happens sometimes
My training consisted in chest + triceps + forearms + abs + cardio, which also sucked cause I couldn't go more than 15 mins in the bike. I think I'm tired since it's friday, but I will be more careful with my pre workout meal/breakfast.
Chest
Incline cable crossover
seated machine fly
standing cable crossover
triceps
overhead dumbbell extensions
one arm cable reverse
single arm overhead
forearms
I did the reverse barbell curls... I love this exercise, I could feel the burn not only in my forearms but in my biceps too... I'm thinking if I'm doing the exercise right?
abs... twist crunches + leg raises + seated twists... good day for abs
I'm so happy that Argentina won over the ¿Dream? Team... it was fun to watch. Tomorrow my country can make history! And tonight the soccer finals against Paraguay!
