Crap, looks like I need a swift kick in the butt!!!
I was all good to go today, then I got out of work and it was a beautiful 76 und sunny. We've been having crapy weather for the last 2 weeks, so today was very special. Guess what, I used it to skip going to the gym. My intention was to workout at home. Well,.... still waiting to get started. LOL. I noticed today that coming home makes me want to eat. When I'm out I don't feel hungry, but as soon as I get home, I feel like I should be eating. That's a bad habit that needs to be broken! OK, so who can provide the much needed kick in the butt? 3 weeks definitely was way to long of a break. HELP! I'm planing on going to the gym tomorrow for a cardio only day.
