Confused

So I've been thinking about my current exercise plan, and I don't think I like it. I'm doing the At Home workout( I'm 15 with no job or car, I can't get to a gym xD) but I'm not physically challenged enough by it. It takes me twenty minutes to do it, and I'm not the least bit tired because of it. I thought about upping the difficulty of it, but that just makes me repeat everything; it doesn't really accomplish anything. So, because of this, I would like to ask a favor. I need an exercise program that is doable at home (the only "equipment" I have is a pair of 20/25 pound dumbbells, and some resistance bands) but gets the job done. I need a program that is designed for steady fat loss and steady muscle gain. If that isn't possible, then I would like one designated towards muscle building. Cardio really isn't an option right now, because it's winter and extremely cold. However, you could suggest some cardio things to do in addition to lifting/strength training once it warns up.

All right, I know I'm asking quite a bit from you guys, but I sincerely beg you to help me if you can. Thank you.

There is a resistance band program on free trainers, why don't you switch to that and see if it is more challenging for you. Did you select beginner, intermediate or advanced? Try bumping up the program level if your are not yet at advanced. It makes a big difference. Do you have a gym in your highschool? You could always go work out over lunch or right after school. They are usually open after school for teams for a while. If you have a two story house or even a basement you could do stairs for cardio. Stairs will definitely help you develop definition in your legs and backside and gets the cardio in at the same time. Remember fat loss and muscle gain are supported by a healthy diet as well. Just do as much as you can, every little bit helps.
