My Commitment #1
To do my workout before I play volleyball.
Drink more water everyday.
Eat Healthier.
When I have a craving, exercise or drink water, or get out of the kitchen. lol.
Stretch before workout.
Try to go outside everyday!
Keep a diet journal.
Don't feel bad if you slip.
