The start of week 9. Two weeks left before a break from the ole lifting. Kinda wondering if I should have scheduled the break after 8 weeks. Weighed in at 226 this morning, down 2.5lbs from last week, and 17 since the start of 8/23. Macro's are still staying pretty close to 50p-30c-20f. Had two days last week where it was 55-15-30. Workouts seemed pretty exhausting the day after.
