I am really liking the lighter weight, higher rep, cutting time between sets. My joints are thanking me...

Last week diet was good...Advice from BB1 has been very helpful. I will keep the Macro's at the same percentage, and cut calories by 250 a day. I figured it would take 3 weeks to find the appropriate calorie intake to maintain, but I did it in the first week(hopefully). Start 243 on Aug 23rd A.M., and on Aug. 30th, weight was 242.9...I only had one day where cardio was done, but this week I plan on doing 3 days. I will adjust the calories accordingly, and see what happens in a week.
