Chest/abs..............Vacation day!!!!!!
So I took the day off work because the stress was unreal the past week or so! I feel so good today!!!
Got to the gym around 10am and now I wish I could do that everyday! I was the only person there, The owner even left and asked if it would "watch the place" while he went to the store. Dont know if I have said this before but I just started working out there last 2 weeks and it is the best gym I have been to. $128 for a 1 year membership, where are you going to find that!
warm up treadmill 5min.
chest:
incline barbell bench press
45/12, 55/10, 75/6, 85/4
dumbbell flat bench
20/12,30/6,35/5,40/4
incline dumbbell bench press
10/12,15/12,20/10,25/6,30/5,35/4
abs
leg raises 3 sets of 10
crunches 3 sets of 15
seated twist 3 sets of 15 (back is still sore when i do exercises like this, like I bruised a muscle or something)
If i get all my homework done i might try and do some cardio this evening.
Im also spending the day making some meals so I can eat better this weekend!
Menu:
Turkey and wild rice casserole
16oz lean ground turkey
3/4 cup onion
1 cup celery
2 cups water
box of uncle bens long grain wild rice
1 can 98% ff cream of mushroom
1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
YUmmie
Itlain crockpot chicken
little more than a lb of chicken
1 onion
1 cup ff italian dressing
makes 4-6 servings
serve with 1/2cup couscous and green beans
Chili
1 lb lean ground beef
1 can black beans rinsed
1 can kidney beans rinsed
chili seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes
I usually crush about 6 light tortilla chips
1 dollop of sour cream
some onions and lt sprinkle of ff cheese on top
