smith machine incline
2x12@20; 2x10@25
db flat bench
12@6; 2x10@8

lying tri extension
2x12@4; 2x10@6
tri cable pushdown
2x12@25; 2x10@30

3x15 twisting crunches, seated leg tucks, lying front kicks

25 mins on elliptical trainer

Also, yesterday had a good runabout playing football for 1 hour. It'll hopefully become a more regular game now so more exercise!
