decline dumbbell press  15x35 lbs  12x40 lbs  10x50 lbs

bent over single arm dumbbell rows   15x35 lbs  12x40 lbs  10x50 lbs

flat dumbbell bench press 15x35 lbs  12x40 lbs  10x50 lbs

superman- 5 sets- 1 minute

downward facing dog  5- sets - 1 minute

crunches 3 sets of 20

twisted crunches 3 sets of 20

back hypers 3 sets of 20

twisted back hypers  3 sets of 20

lying leg tucks 3 sets of 20

lying leg raises 3 sets of 20

lying side leg tucks  3 sets of 20

no cardiac...I cleaned and burned trash from tree removal... no time
