chest days

the gym was crowded today in the weight room, ugh!
Im doing the 8 week plan on FT. I started week 3 and I have so much energy!!!! Im working in some HIIT training which i do in the morning(okay so this is the 2nd day of it but im trying!) I might have to switch and do weights in the am and cardio in the pm. My gym is just to tiny and all the freeweight stations are taken when i get there.

elliptical hiit 15min am
So i did an incline machine press
not really sure the weight on this machine.
flat bench dumbell press:
12/20,6/25,5/30,4/35
Machine chest press:
12/50,6/55,5/60,5/70

ab machine crunches
10-110
10-130

ball crunches
3 sets of 20
