Barbell Flat Bench Press
Set 1 - 12 reps - 27 KG
Set 2 - 6 reps - 37 KG
Set 3 - 5 reps - 43 KG
Set 4 - 4 reps - 47 KG

Dumbbell Flat Bench Press
Set 1 - 12 reps - 12 KG
Set 2 - 6 reps - 12 KG
Set 3 - 5 reps - 12 KG
Set 4 - 4 reps - 12 KG

Barbell Incline Bench Press
Set 1 - 12 reps - 27 KG
Set 2 - 6 reps - 33 KG
Set 3 - 5 reps - 37 KG
