Last night was great. I managed to get through this resting 60 seconds between sets and two minutes between exercises. My chest was really pumped at the end. It felt huge. I did like that feeling.

Warm Up: Treadmill 5 min 4 mph 3% grade

DB Incline Bench 30X12 40X6 45X5 50X7
Flat Bench DB Fly 20X12 25X6 27.5X5 27.5X7
Barbell Flat Bench Press 105X12 125X6 145X5 145X4

Seated Calf raises 115X12 125X12 140X9 150X6
