Chest and Tris

I was planning to do cardio yesterday but my back was sore from wednesday and I was tired all over. My rest day was going to be Saturday this week but as I rested on Thursday I will do my cario on Saturday instead.

Today was Chest and tris, I only managed to do 5 reps on my third set of pushdowns instead of 8 so I moved to a lighter weight on the fourth set. Again only managed 4 instead of 6. My triceps still felt big and pumpped after todays session.

Chest
Machine Flys 12/20, 10/30, 8/40, 6/50 (kg)
BB Bench Press 12/60, 10/70, 8/80, 6/90 (lbs)
DB Bench Press 12/20, 10/24, 8/28, 6/32 (kg)

Triceps
Cable pushdown(rope grip) 12/10, 10/20, 5/25, 6/20 (kg)
Bench Dip 4*15 (Body Weight)
DB Kick backs 12/7, 10/8, 8/9, 6/10 (kg)
