10 min warm up
4 sets inclined bench db presses
4 sets flat bench dbell flyes
4 sets flat bench bbell presses
4 sets calf raises on leg press machine
20 minutes cardio (low intensity) cool down.
We are getting about 1 inch of freezing rain then we will get straight rain as the temp goes up to +8 then drop tomorrow to -17. Nice little heat wave.
My gym is closed tomorrow so I will do triceps and biceps at home.
