flat bench fly

flat bench press

some random ab exercise.
all in all a good workout. Im loving the muscles that are redeveloping in my chest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
