Incline 180x6x3
Decline 245x4, 225x5, 205x6
Dumbell Bench 65x6x3
Dumbell flyes 30x6x3
Abs
Notes: Hit all of my reps on everything except for the decline. Not going to beat myself up over that though. Overall I had a great workout and I was pumped.
