Changing things up a bit!

I'm going to try something different this week. Instead of having my rest days on Saturday and Sunday, I'll have them Tuesday and Thursday. This means I will do my cardio on Saturday & Sunday, that way I can do it in the morning right when I get up on an empty stomach. I'm hoping to burn more fat that way. What do you guys think?
