Changing things up....
I was lifting 4 days a week. Mon, Wed,Thurs, Sat But the Gym I go to that is 2 min. from work does not have a great assortment of equipment. I do have a membership somewhere else that ends in april. I love that gym but its a lot further away. So I decided to start lifting weights Sat, Sun, Wed, Thurs and will work out at the better gym on the weekends. I do need to add more cardio into my workout regimine on Mon, Tues, and most fridays(Is that okay?)
Trying to figure out a diet that adds in more protein and eat carbs at the right time but this is what im horrible at. Eggs make me want to vomit so I will be having a
protein shake for breakfast,
a snack will be some lf cottage cheese and some tuna,
lunch I will shoot for 3-4 oz of meat and a green veggie,
snack maybe some string cheese w/ maybe some raw nuts,
dinner another 3-4oz of meat w/ veggies,
snack hmmm more cottage cheese(bought a lot of cc on sale!)
Should I change this on the Cardio days Vs. the Weight days?
any thoughts?Is this an improvement *crosses fingers*
