Cardio Felt Great!
I cant believe that I got to the gym and did Cardio on my own free will, and it wasnt too bad.
Started off with a 5 min walk at about 3.0-3.3 on the treadmill. then jumped on the elliptical for another 13 min of fluxuating between lever 3 & level 9,ouch. Then another 5min fast walk on the track and 3 min jump rope.
