Cardio Day (...grumble, grumble)

Ohh, how I "love" cardio,.....not! Oh well, it needs to be done, so here it is:

Total of 28 min. cardio (eliptical trainer) interval/HIIT course
2 min. intervals
......2 min. warm up
*interval A:
-resistance: 12
-incline: 15
-speed: 126 SPM
*interval B:
-resistance: 8
-incline: 8
-speed: 140
followed by 3 min. resistance: 10; incline: 10; speed: 120
......3 min. cool off

abdominal/oblique stretching

-Ab Machine (3 sets; 60-80lbs; 12-8 reps)
-Seated Leg Tucks (3 sets; BW; 20 reps)
-DB Obliques (4 sets; 15-30lbs; 12-6 reps)

total body stretching
