I really wish I could afford a new elliptical trainer. I feel that I could easily go longer than 30 min., but with my old NordicTrack my toes go numb and my calves start cramping after 15/20 min. So even though I have more energy to go longer, the pain makes me have to stop. Oh well, I'll just have to use the once at the gym for now.
I'm feeling a little better today. I took the last 2 days to relax as much as possible.
