cardio day

well since i decided to not do legs for awhile due to my knee hurting i decided today was going to mostly be a cardio day.

i did HIIT training on the treadmill for 20 mins and did 20 mins of fat burn on bike.

oh and i also tried to see where i was on my pullups goal. with just 40 pounds of counter weight i was able to do 1 wide grip pullup. This excites me as i'm only 40 pounds away from doing a pull up! lol i have not done a pullup since elementary school where i did my max of 3. can't wait til i beat that personal record. been a long time coming!
