CARDIO day!

I was going to do my cardio at the gym today, but the weather was so warm and nice that I came home after work to let my puppies outside so they could enjoy the nice day. Once at home it was tempting to do anything but cardio, especially since my legs and butt are super sore today. So I told myself to shut up and get started already :)

23 min. cardio (eliptical trainer) that's all I had in me today
1 min. warm up.......1 min. cool off
moderate speed
-resistance: 14
-distance: 2 miles
-calories burned: 316

-Stability Ball Crunches (4 sets; BW; 15 reps)
-Seated Leg Tucks (4 sets; BW; 15 reps)
-Obliques (4 sets per side; 15lbs; 15 reps)
