Quite possibly the worst pun I have ever done. Anyway, I did the 25 min of HIIT on a new elliptical machine at the gym. I love to sweat when I do that. Why is it that people who don't sweat a lot always say, "Wish I could...it's good to sweat." My answer, "Yeah, it's just not all that attractive. How many women do you see who say, 'I want to meet a guy who's smart, funny, cute, and sweats a lot...because that's healthy!'"

Today is leg day. After I go vote.
