CARDIO at home day!
Oh boy, sure was a close call today. Had almost no energy and sitting down to have lunch sounded tons better than doing cardio. Once I got going, energy seemed to come out of nowhere. I even had the energy to go longer than I normally go but on my eliptical trainer at home I get cramps in my calves and numb toes after about 15 min. then I constantly have to readjust myself (grrr)
30 min. cardio (eliptical trainer)
3 min. warm up
24 min. steady high intensity cardio
3 min. cool off
