Skipped my workout yesterday since it was a holiday. I thought that was an OK excuse LOL.
30 min. total CARDIO/HIIT (eliptical trainer)
3 min. warm up
-10 min. HIIT (1 min. moderate intensity intervals alternating with 1 min. high intensity intervals)
-followed by 14 min. moderate/high intensity cardio
3 min. cool off
