I was really sore today from yesterdays workout, but I did my cardio anyway. :)

34 min. cardio (eliptical trainer)
-3 min. warm up
-26 min. steady high intensity cardio
-5 min. cool off
distance: 3.4 miles
calories burned: 495

some lower body stretching
