I had a great workout. Pushed myself really hard and reached new personal record weights in some of my exercises :)
Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Legs - Calves - Abs-
8 min. cardio (stationary bike) 2 min. warm up; 4 min. HIIT 20 & 10 sec. intervals; 2 min. cool off.

-(DB) Lunges (3 sets; 20-30lbs; 15 reps)
-(SS) Leg Extensions (3 sets; 40-70lbs **NEW PR**; 10-6 reps) alternating with Seated Hamstring Curls (3 sets; 60-90lbs **NEW PR**; 10-6 reps)
-(SS) Inner Thigh Machine (3 sets; 90-120lbs **NEW PR**; 10-6 reps) alternating with Outer Thigh Machine (3 sets; 80-110lbs **NEW PR**; 10-5 reps)
-Single Calf Raises on Leg Press (4 sets per leg; 140-200lbs **NEW PR**; 12-6 reps)
-(DB) Oblique Lifts (4 sets; 20-35lbs **NEW PR**; 12-6 reps)
-Stability Ball Crunches (3 sets; BW; 12 reps)
