115x 6 125x3 130x3 (cheat curl on 1st & 3rd rep.)

-Super Set-TBS between round 1-1-1/2 minutes
Cable Curl
115x4x3
Barbell 21’s
75x21x3 (cheated some on the last set up top)

-Ab Circuit-

Roman Chairs- 25x20x2
Twisting Crunch- 25x20x2
Leg Raise- 5x20x2
Crunch- 25x20x2
Side Leg Raise- 2-1/2x20x2

Dbl Wrist Curls
35x20,18,16,14,12
