Biking 4 miles a day!!

Today was the start of biking to class day 2/11/13, I will not have a ride to my class for about 3 weeks (I dont drive, cars kinda scare me) and it's only 4 miles. I have walked it before and it took me 1hour and 50mins. Today I bike a little and walked a little and it took me an hour and 25mins Today was my first day to "Be Fit 2013" and it felt so good!! I loved it, yes it was tiring and hot, yes I'm a little sore right now but if i wasn't i would worry, it means i did something, my body felt the change. But it felt good once i got where i was going. I felt so good when i got picked up and got droped off at my home I walked to the store a mile away, so today i walked/biked 6 miles. A note to self is to pack more water and to get better shoes. They always say to wear good shoes when working out and it's true, by just wearing plain old reg shoes my feet hurt more then anything on my body and thats not a good thing. Love your feet and they will love you, a foot rub is in my future. Even though it's not 2/11/13 anymore its more like 2/12/13 at 3am, I just lose train of thought. Anyways I went to bed around 8pm and got up at 12pm, its 3am i need to go back to sleep, take a little nap before 6am comes and before my labtop dies on me 21% remaining now 20 :O. Well goodnight, good morning to who ever reads this. I just mostly wrote it for myself as a first day workout log :)
