biceps & triceps, tired out fast

I pooped out today. might have been from all the crap i put in my mouth this weekend :(

standing ez barl curls
20/38,12/38,10/38,8/48
standing dumbell curl
12/15,12/15,8/20,8/20
tricep cable pushdowns
20/30,11/40,10/30,10/30
reverse single arm pushdown
12/10,10/10,8/20

then i did a fast burn out of rotating between cable curl 3/10/20 and the tricep cable pushdown 3/10/20. I might be hurting tomorrow. oh well i usually just sit at a desk.

oh yeah. i did some abs
sitting oblique crunches 2/10
ball crunches 2/10
