I just found this workout plan and created a cardio plan as well as a strength plan. As I feel that cardio is more important, I will do cardio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I also started the First Time in the Gym Workout for strength training on Tuesday and Thursday. As I already went to the gym today and did 10 minutes of walking and 10 minutes on a stationary bike, the strength training will begin tomorrow.
My goal is to improve my fitness and loose weight. I currently weigh 228lbs and my weight goal is to be below 200lbs by the end of 2018. I would also like to bike the Capital Trail by the end of the summer. This is a 50 mile trail from Richmond to Williamsburg.
