Im going to start this off with basic information about myself. I am 16 years old and Ive always had an issue with self value. Ive always saying that I am going to lose weight but ive never actually been dedicated. This time Im for real and I want to lose 10-15 pounds by July. thats only four months away so Im ready to rock and roll. I am tired of feeling fat and calling myself fat. I have a great body shape but i need to get all the extra-ness out. Im going to start eating healthy and doing at least a 25-30 minute excersize each day whether it be in the morning before school or at night before my shower. I have to get my body how I want.
