beating the rainy day ..
its been raining all day.. light drizzling rain.. the weather was nice and cool and its the perfect sort of day for you to stay home, be lazy and have a nice looooong nap.. hehehe..
and i was almost sucked in by it!!.. but i resisted the urge to nap and went to the gym!!.. hehe..
today, shoulders and calves.
>warm-up: 15mins walk to the gym
>machine presses: 15/9kg 12/10.25kg 10/11.5kg 8/11.5kg
>standing lat raises: 14/3kg 12/3kg 10/4kg 8/4kg
-it was a bit tough staying in good form doing the 4kg weights.. but i forced myself anyway cuz i'v been doing 3kgs since forever..
-it sorta hurt my forearm a wee bit :s ..
>front dumbbell raises: 15/2kg 12/3kg 10/4kg 8/4kg
-i should have started with 3kgs on the 15 reps..
>seated calf raises: 2/12/12.5kg 2/10/15kg
>cardio: 25mins on the reclined bike..
-did the 'aerobic training' option cuz i figured that it would be closest thingy to doing a HIIT since it had hills.
it feels different doing only about four or five when i'm used to doing six or seven each..
i have the day off tomorrow.. which is great cuz i have a tough exam in at 5pm that i really have to get ready for :s
