bb1 bicep postin for fly and amy

I tried that program out today. And it wore me Out! I wish I had a partner with me to help me drop the weights off fast. The gym only had the weight stoppers that you had to twist the lever a few turns to get it off, and that slowed me down too much so I just left them off. By doing that I didnt want to much weight were i might slide one end of my weights off then disaster would happen. so here is what i tried.
5 min warm up treadmill
and warm up with 10lb dumbbell on the incline bench 3 set of 10

standing ez-bar curls
3-5lbs weights on each side went to 8 reps slid off a 5lb.
3 sets (last set i just had 5lbs on each side)

preacher curl
8 reps 10lbs on each side for 3 sets. right when i finished one set i did 12 concentration curls with 10lbs. ouch.

21's using cable curls
used 20lbs and i did 3 sets of those.
