battlingeating healthier

tonight i start the new me, eating more healthier.

2 Chicken fajitas with raw onions.

1 handfull of new potatoes with olive spread.

a good portion of broccoli, green beans and peas, with black pepper.

that is possibly a little more than i should be eating, although it is a huge improvement on what i have been eating.
for me not to relapse, i am going to have to eat similar quantity to previous gorge-ing meals, but replace the nasty stuff with healthy things.

    jdeck_4 cheers for your comment fella. its good to know that your not on your own. ive lost weight before pal but its so hard. i think the key to success is to actually enjoy what you are doing. so what im doing is creating a list of things i like to eat, and trying to put a spin on them to make it healthy. so i might have a tuna mayo sandwich. but replace the mayo with salad cream, its a small change but a bit more healthier. But its so hard....

    I feel you tammycat ;0) and Good Luck! I am going to try to do the same. I have been asking for advice on what to eat and Charlie B. gave me some good tips... Cottage cheese w/ fruit or nuts, yogart, tuna, and stuff like that... nothing processed and I need to start counting calories... whew... it is a lot to take in but I can do it and so can you ;0)
