bad rainy day

we need the rain bad around here but it slowed traffic down in a big way. got to gym 30-45 mins late. did not get all my exercises done but will finish triceps on weds or perhaps friday. my shoulders feel like rubber so i think it did those well.

Dumbbell Flat Bench Presses 12x35, 6x40, 5x45, 4x55
Flat Bench Dumbbell Fly 12x35, 6x35, 5x30, 4x30

Standing Lateral Raises 14x12.5,12x12.5,10x12.5,8x12.5
