Threw caution to the wind and did free weights leg workout.
My wound is healing nicely and my sutures are not under any tension, so I decided legs would be ok. And it was.
lunges: 12x10kg, 12x10kg, 10x10kgx2 8x10kgx2
managed to achieve failure (an oxymoron if I ever heard one) by doing the last set very slowly
hamstring kickbacks: 12,10,8
managed to achieve failure by not resting between sets.
calf raises: 12,12,10,8
managed failure by the fact that they're bloody hard!
seated leg tucks:10,10
leg raises: 10,10
