Bad Day

Well, one thing is for sure, I made up for lost sleep. I had my alarm set for 0500, didnt get up until 0730, but I went to bed at 2030 last night. I must have been tired or something.
I started my plan today, and things went decent. I couldn't find an appropriate bar to do the seated crunches with, so i'll have to change that. Alison bailed out again, she was too tired to go to the gym, so I probably won't even bother offering to her anymore.
My weight at 0930 was 156.00.
Hopefully the day will improve. I'll be going to the gym again at 1130 for abs. That usually perks me up a bit.
