Overall, pretty good gym day.

Back
Pull downs (alternate forward and rev. grip):12x90, 10x95, 8x100, 6x115 - Should go up 10lbs, too light.
Seated Row: 12x75 (Good form here), 10x85, 8x95, 6x110 - Should go up by 5lbs
DB Raises: 12x25, 10x25, 8x30, 6x40 (PB!) - Sets 1-3, up by 5 lbs.
Pull-ups: 4xBW, 4xBW
Dips: 8xBW, 8xBW

Tri-ceps
Pull Downs: 12x90, 10x110, 8x120, 6x140 (PB!) - All too light, add 10 lbs.
DB Skullcrushers: 12x15, 10x15, 8x20, 5x25 (PB Failure!)
Kick Backs: 12x15, 10x15, 8x20, 6x20 - Need to work on form.
Kneeling Overhead Pullovers: (Awesome exercise, 1st time trying it) 12x 35, 10x45, 8x60, 6x75 - First 3 sets, go higher.

Did much better on supplements today. Still need more water. Super clean eating again.
